Job summary

Qualifications

• If degree is not in Human Services, 24 credits in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations in alignment with the Center’s mission and values.
• Provide 360 degree feedback, coaching, and goal setting for direct reports.
• Collaborate across programs and with contractors to achieve shared goals.
• Oversee plans of care and ensure safe home environment for residents.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal contracts and standards.
