Qualifications

• Prior experience in packaging or warehouse environments preferred.
• Familiarity with shrink wrap machines or similar production equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30–50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate shrink wrap machinery and packaging equipment in a production setting.
• Inspect finished packages for quality, seal integrity, and labeling.
• Pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Meet daily production quotas and packaging targets efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and SOPs.
