Job summary

Exceptional Dental is seeking a Shred Truck Equipment Technician - Level I to oversee field operations, fleet maintenance, and vendor coordination. You will support drivers and retail staff, train crews, and maintain a safe, efficient shop and field environment inAnchorage.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skill, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Expect a dynamic schedule, with overtime considerations and field work as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Maintenance & Operations or logistics, with ≥3 years in a mechanical role.
• Experience in fleet maintenance of commercial vehicles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field activities and driver dispatches.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies to improve productivity and safety.
• Monitor KPIs for on-time delivery and maintenance targets.
• Act as primary contact for mechanical issues and provide solutions.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination.
