Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking dedicated drivers for our route-based shredding operations in Missouri. This veteran-owned company prioritizes safety, reliability and a clean driving record.

You will manage daily routes, operate mobile shredding equipment, and ensure timely, secure disposal of confidential material across 20–40 stops per shift; candidates must be able to lift 50–80 pounds and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent physical condition; must be able to lift material between 50-80 pounds continuously.
• Ability to withstand the physically strenuous demands of lifting, pulling and managing heavy equipment and objects.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass a background check for 7 years and a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations, sales and route management.
• Perform on-site shredding of confidential information using mobile shredding equipment.
• Safely operate shredding equipment and trucks.
• Effectively complete 8-10 hour routes consisting of 20-40 stops.
• Perform routine daily maintenance of shredding equipment and truck.
