TTUHSC, at its sole discretion, may initiate new H-1B I-129 visa petitions in accordance with the directive issued by Governor Abbott. Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission is required. On a limited, case‑by‑case basis, the institution may also sponsor eligible individuals for change‑of‑status or change‑of‑employer petitions for qualifying positions. The Adjunct Instructor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program is responsible for providing high-quality instruction and course coordination within the entry‑level DPT curriculum, with a primary focus on Clinical Applied Physiology.
This position supports student learning across multiple TTUHSC campuses through the development, organization, and delivery of course content utilizing TTUHSC educational technologies. The Adjunct Instructor collaborates with program faculty to ensure effective course administration, assessment, and student achievement while maintaining excellence in teaching and professional practice. The ideal candidate is an experienced physical therapist and educator with a passion for teaching and mentoring future clinicians in a Doctor of Physical Therapy program. This individual possesses strong expertise in clinical applied physiology and can effectively translate complex physiological concepts into engaging, clinically relevant instruction.
