MGM Resorts International is seeking a Cook for Mandalay's Libertine Social in Las Vegas. You will apply culinary techniques, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a memorable dining experience in a vibrant resort environment.

Starting rate is $26.6831 USD per hour. Benefitso include meals, free parking, health protection, and professional development opportunities within a dynamic hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a cook preferred
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a similar resort setting preferred
• Formal Culinary training preferred

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of food products and apply culinary techniques
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
• Label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
• Maintain menu knowledge and attention to plate presentation
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in service execution
• Prepare base sauces, stocks and soups
• Work as a team to meet guests' needs and inquiries
