Responsibilities

• Maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
• ID guests ordering alcohol who appear under 40.
• Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks promptly.
• Engage with guests by showcasing drinks with flair.
• Know the menu and recommend drinks and food appropriately.
• Upsell menu items when possible.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Accurately ring up orders in the POS system.
