Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in integrated content, editorial development, media, brand content, content studios, entertainment, journalism or production.
• Portfolio of distinctive programs that span more than one format.
• Strong storytelling, editorial judgment and creative instincts.
• Experience developing content from an early idea, not just executing a finished brief.
• Strong brief writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and shape the idea for priority content programs, turning business goals and audience needs into a cohesive plan.
• Lead complex programs from early development through final delivery, with clear milestones and Responsible owners.
• Direct and coordinate writers, editors, designers, producers, agencies, subject-matter experts and executives.
• Protect the central narrative across development and production, providing decisive feedback on scripts and cuts.
• Build interview frameworks and episode formats, and define measures of success.
• Collaborate with Production Operations, Social, Harvey Creative Studio and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned delivery.
