Job summary

Harvey AI is seeking a senior professional to lead integrated content programs across editorial, video, social and live events. You will shape ideas from leadership insights into connected formats, then guide development, production, distribution and delivery with a cross-functional team of writers, editors, strategists, designers and executives.

You will lead high-visibility initiatives, managing timelines, partners and budgets, while protecting the central narrative and driving audience

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in integrated content, editorial development, media, or production.
• Strong storytelling, editorial judgment and creative instincts.
• Experience developing content from an early idea, not just executing briefs.
• Proven track record of leading complex, high-visibility initiatives with many stakeholders.
• Ability to work with executives and subject-matter experts and get the best on camera and page.
• Experience directing agencies, production companies, writers, designers and filmmakers.
• Solid understanding of video, social, editorial, research, education and event content.
• Curiosity about legal technology, AI, and changing professional work.

Responsibilities

• Originate and shape ideas for priority content programs and turn them into connected formats.
• Lead programs from concept through launch, coordinating workstreams and milestones.
• Direct creative work, giving decisive feedback on scripts, interview plans and rough cuts.
• Bring in the right people and partners, aligning inputs from production, social and brand teams.
• Build durable formats and playbooks from successful programs.
