Harvey is seeking a Director, Integrated Content Programs to shepherd high‑impact content across editorial, research, video, social and events. You will shepherd initiatives from a rough idea to a fully launched program, coordinating writers, editors, designers and executives while maintaining a sharp, premium narrative across formats.

This senior role emphasizes editorial judgment, strategic thinking, and hands‑on leadership to deliver compelling content at scale in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in integrated content, editorial development, media, brand content, content studios, entertainment, journalism or production.
• A portfolio of distinctive programs spanning more than one format.
• Strong storytelling, editorial judgment and creative instincts.
• Experience leading complex, visible initiatives with many stakeholders.
• Strong brief writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with executives and subject-matter experts on camera and on the page.

Responsibilities

• Originate and shape ideas for priority content programs and write master briefs defining audience, narrative and deliverables.
• Lead programs from concept through development, production, distribution and delivery.
• Direct the creative work, giving decisive feedback on scripts, story structures and interview plans.
• Bring together writers, editors, designers, producers, agencies and executives to align on a shared idea.
• Build scalable formats, playbooks and franchises from successful programs.
• Protect the central narrative as work moves through development and production.
