Job summary

Broad River Retail is seeking a Visual Impact Manager / Showroom Designer to join our Visual Impact team in Charlotte, NC. You will design and present merchandise to enhance the shopping experience while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in visual merchandising with space planning or retail furniture knowledge; travel between locations is required. The position offers an hourly wage with weekly pay and potential contract-to-hire.

Qualifications

2+ years of visual merchandising or related experience.
Ability to create and maintain consistent visual and merchandise presentations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Implement visual merchandising strategy to achieve sales and financial goals.
Execute store displays, coordinating furniture, lighting, and seasonal transitions.
Regularly remerchandise displays, signage, and POS to maximize sell-through.
Complete floor moves and adjustments per layout plans; coordinate with Visual management.
Mentor staff on merchandising basics and involve them in visual upkeep.
Improve the guest experience with visually engaging displays and storytelling.
