Regency Management Service is seeking a Retail Visual Display Merchandiser to design and sustain showroom displays that enhance guest experience and drive sales. This entry-level position values fashion and interior design passion, with emphasis on organization, communication, and creative flair.

Responsibilities include collaborating with team members across locations, building and placing furniture, and training new staff on visual standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in retail or home furnishing is required.
• Strong creative ability.

• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with team members to create consistent 5-Star Guest Experience.
• Supervise and partner with team to execute showroom design elements, build and set furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain Corporate Visual presentation standards and policies.
• Execute and maintain merchandising displays and planograms.
• Assist in training of new team members on visual standards and display.
• Assist in administrative functions as needed by the department.
