Job summary

The Tile Shop in Algonquin, IL seeks a friendly Part Time Sales associate to help showroom visitors including interior designers, home owners and trade professionals. You will Recommend solutions that meet space, style and budget goals.

Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations, understand product installation basics, track orders, and contribute to team sales goals. Earn $18/hour with 25–30 hours per week and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work in showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned
