Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a part-time sales associate to work in our Tinley Park showroom. You will assist interior designers, homeowners and trade professionals, offering recommendations to match space, style and budget.

You will educate customers on installation and product use, track goals, and help manage store orders with a professional image. Expect hourly pay of $15–$19 with 20–30 hours per week and potential uncapped commissions based on performance.

• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.

• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Understand and track established individual sales goals.
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals.
