Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a Part Time Sales associate to help customers in our showroom, partnering with interior designers, homeowners and trade professionals to meet style and budget needs.

In this role you will learn our products, build lasting relationships, and strive to exceed sales goals while maintaining a professional appearance. The position offers hourly pay and potential uncapped commissions, with 20-30 hours per week.

• Sense of design with exposure to various styles, colors and textures.

Responsibilities

• Work in Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Understand and track established individual sales goals.
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
