• Support Account Managers with payments, order status updates, and customer questions.
• Help manage samples and keep things organized.
• Answer phones and connect people with the right team member.
• Schedule showroom tours for potential members.
• Help keep the showroom looking great with updated products and pricing.
• Communicate with vendors on order follow-ups.
• Use CRM and internal systems to keep everything running smoothly.
