Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Customer Service/Sales Associate at our Oak Grove showroom in Louisiana. Work hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

You will greet customers, process transactions, issue receipts and refunds, handle inquiries, and maintain a tidy showroom with accurate inventory and nightly deposits. We value clear communication, attention to detail, and strong math skills.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS system.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong mathematical skills.
• Sales skills.
• Ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention and care required to prevent errors.
• Ability to stoop, bend, stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to maintain a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.
• Handle customer transactions, issuing receipts, refunds, and pick lists.
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Field phone calls/take messages.
• Resolve customer inquiries, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Maintain showroom inventory and tidy checkout area.
• Prepare nightly deposit.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion.
