Job summary

Ferguson in Belgrade, MT is seeking a Showroom Sales Support Representative to assist Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants, handling behind-the-scenes sales tasks and timely quotations.

You will update contracts, coordinate deliveries, answer calls, and use CRM and phone systems to deliver personalized service for Showroom customers and Builders; Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00.

Qualifications

Overview

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Sales Support Representative. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the behind the scenes sales functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
• Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders.
• Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting at $24.00 per hour and can pay higher based on experience. Pay range: $17.77 - $28.42. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. The estimated ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles or Hourly for all other roles.
