You will help ensure customer needs are met by providing timely quotations and accurate order processing for showroom customers and builders, updating contracts, coordinating deliveries with the warehouse, and answering sales calls. Strong customer service, CRM proficiency, and Microsoft Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.

You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Sales Support Representative.Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.ResponsibilitiesWork hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the behind the scenes sales functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders.Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.QualificationsPrior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.At Ferguson, we care for each other.
