Job summary

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives in Vista, CA to assist customers, generate quotations, and process sales orders. The role focuses on delivering personalized service and coordinating timely deliveries with Sales teams.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Pay starts at $24/hr, with potential increases based on experience and performance. Prior experience in trades and strong product knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related trades is a plus.
• Strong sales ability, including upselling.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and following through on commitments.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Pay Rate: Starting at $24/hr and may be higher based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range: $21.51 - $34.39

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
