Job summary

Just Sales Jobs seeks a Showroom Sales Manager for our Culver City showroom. The role blends high-touch selling to homeowners and designers with coaching a small showroom team, driving pipeline, and managing monthly quotas.

Expect 75% personal selling and 25% leadership, with a base salary of $65,000–$70,000 plus uncapped commissions. You will cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors, plan showroom events, and report to the Managing Partner as you scale

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B and/or B2C sales with a documented closing record.
• 2+ years managing or leading a showroom or retail-sales team.
• Experience building and managing CRM-driven pipelines and reporting on team KPIs.
• Outbound prospecting experience with designers, architects, dealers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Sell on the showroom floor and lead by example as a top performer.
• Coach and develop showroom staff through daily floor coaching and pipeline accountability.
• Create daily/weekly schedules and manage showroom operations and staffing.
• Plan and host showroom tours, trade events, and partner activities.
• Prospect outbound to designers, architects, dealers, and contractors; balance inbound/outbound with field days.
