The Tile Shop is a leading specialty retailer offering a wide selection of tile products and expert design assistance. In our showroom, you’ll collaborate with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals to recommend solutions that meet space, style, and budget needs.

As a Part Time Sales associate, you’ll be responsible for building relationships, educating customers about installation and product use, and achieving individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned
