Rapids- is seeking a motivated Retail Associate for our Wholesale Commercial Kitchen Showroom. This full-time role (40 hours/week) runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with no nights or weekends. You will excel in one-on-one customer interactions while handling phone inquiries and order confirmations.

Ideal candidates will deliver exceptional service, assist customers in showroom navigation, and help process pick-up orders, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Proficient in using phone systems and point-of-sale software.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
