Job summary

The Glass Guru of East Minneapolis is seeking an organized Office Manager to oversee customer communications, scheduling, payroll support, and daily office operations. The role emphasizes excellent service, efficiency, and accurate record-keeping.

You will coordinate estimates, manage receivables, assist estimators, and liaise with vendors and staff to ensure smooth showroom and field operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ residential glass experience (ordering, estimating, office/project management) preferred.
• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile sales software and accounting software transactions.
• Handle A/R and deposits for bank run.
• Negotiate vendor pricing to stay current in market place ongoingly.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the staff Customer Service Rep.
