24 Seven in San Francisco's Hayes Valley is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead a luxury jewelry showroom. You will act as a trusted advisor to high-value clients while coaching and developing a talented Diamond Sales Experts team.

In-person leadership is essential, with a focus on building client relationships, driving sales results, and delivering memorable milestone experiences. Weekend availability is required and comprehensive benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in luxury retail or similar high-touch environment.
• Strong leadership, team development, and sales coaching abilities.
• Proven success closing sales in a high-volume, client-focused setting.
• Luxury jewelry or diamond knowledge strongly preferred; technical diamond knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily showroom operations, including opening/closing, staffing, inventory, merchandising, security, shipping, and receiving.
• Drive individual and team performance against quarterly sales and service goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team through hands-on leadership and training.
• Build lasting client relationships through clienteling, consultative selling, and exceptional service.
• Partner with leadership, retail operations, marketing, and product teams on launches, events, activations, and client experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the showroom experience.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of management experience in luxury retail or a comparable high-touch sales environment.
• Strong leadership, team development, and sales coaching experience.
• Proven success closing sales in a high-volume, client-focused setting.
• Luxury jewelry or diamond knowledge strongly preferred; technical diamond knowledge is a plus.
• Confident, organized, independent, and highly motivated.
• Weekend availability required.
