Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead daily operations and deliver a high-touch client experience in San Francisco's Hayes Valley. You will coach a Diamond Sales Expert team, drive sales, oversee staffing, merchandising, and events, and partner with marketing and product teams on launches and client experiences.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in luxury retail management, strong leadership and coaching skills, and a proven ability to close high-value sales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in luxury retail or a comparable high-touch sales environment.
• Strong leadership, team development, and sales coaching experience.
• Proven success closing sales in a high-volume, client-focused setting.
• Luxury jewelry knowledge strongly preferred; technical diamond knowledge is a plus.

• Lead daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, inventory, merchandising, security, shipping, and receiving.
• Drive individual and team performance against quarterly sales and service goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team through hands-on leadership and training.
• Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful clienteling, consultative selling, and exceptional service.
• Partner with leadership, retail operations, marketing, and product teams on new launches, events, activations, and client experiences.

As Showroom Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to high-value clients while leading, coaching, and developing a talented team of Diamond Sales Experts. What You Will Do
