What You’ll Do

• Lead daily showroom operations and customer experience
• Manage, coach, and schedule the showroom team
• Drive sales while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Keep the floor visually sharp and fully merchandised
• Maintain deep knowledge of synths, pro audio, and recording gear
• Handle escalated customer concerns with care and professionalism
• Collaborate with leadership on inventory, events, and merchandising
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
• Track and report showroom performance metrics

What You Bring

• 3+ years of retail experience — music tech or specialty preferred
• Proven people management or team leadership
• Experience building schedules and managing staffing priorities
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving retail environments
• Flexible availability including weekends

Bonus Points

• Experience with modular/Eurorack, DJ gear, or recording studios
• Background in live performance, production, or music retail
• Experience running community events, demos, or workshops
