Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
• Experience in interior design, architecture, or luxury retail preferred.
• Education in interior design, business management, or marketing preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships and grow client base through outside and in-store efforts.
• Promote brand awareness and new products to designers and homeowners.
• Use Salesforce to manage opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Coordinate with Care team to track orders and ensure service quality.
• Deliver engaging presentations in showroom and virtually.
