Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Belgrade, MT is seeking a Showroom Sales Support Representative to back Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants. You will handle behind-the-scenes sales tasks, provide timely quotes and accurate order processing for showroom customers and builders.

Responsibilities include updating contracts, coordinating deliveries with the warehouse, and answering sales calls. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office is expected; prior sales/customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to upsell and respond quickly to customer needs.
• Experience in a fast-paced showroom or sales environment.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and processes quickly.

Responsibilities
