Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for showroom visitors.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and process orders.
• Prepare quotes based on architect plans for windows and exterior products.
• Develop product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
• Fill customer orders using the inventory system and manage inventory.
• Assist in warehouse duties including loading/unloading materials as needed.
