The Inside/Outside Sales Representative will primarily focus on developing and maintaining client relationships through prospecting, outreach, and business development techniques. The main responsibility of the role is to maximize sales volume and provide the best possible service while enhancing Baker Interiors Group's mission to offer the highest quality and service standards in the industry. We're seeking a motivated and collaborative professional with a passion for furniture and a desire to succeed in a competitive environment. This role requires a balance of entrepreneurial drive and disciplined follow-up, with a strong focus on building lasting client relationships. They will bring their industry knowledge, passion for sales, experience, existing industry relationships and networking abilities to the role. The territory includes Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Delaware.
Candidate will possess previous high-end sales & customer experience, preferably 2+ years in the furniture and design industry. Basic knowledge of the history of furniture design is preferred.Driver's License, vehicle, and regular travel required.
