You will register guest information, answer questions, direct guests to the right Design Consultant, and support the Guest Services team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with a warm, genuine greeting upon arrival.
• Provide outstanding hospitality and customer service to create a memorable first impression.
• Register customer information quickly and accurately using the guest management system.
• Engage customers in friendly conversation while collecting information.
• Direct guests to the appropriate Design Consultant or department based on needs.
• Answer basic questions about the store, services, and amenities.
• Support the Guest Services team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a professional, polished appearance and positive attitude throughout shifts.
• Represent the company's commitment to hospitality and world-class service.
