Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks (quotes, orders, merchandising) with accuracy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs in the showroom.
• Guide clients through fabric, upholstery, and restoration options matching style and budget.
• Prepare quotes and process sales transactions.
• Coordinate with upholstery/restoration team to ensure accurate orders and timelines.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom and assist with merchandising.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries, schedule consultations, and follow up with clients.
