Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Chicago is seeking a dynamic events and showroom specialist to drive awareness among design professionals, architects and specifiers. You will manage Brizo design studio events at Merchandise Mart, deliver product education, and generate quotes while ensuring messaging is consistent.

You will lead showroom and offsite events, build relationships with designers and builders, and collaborate with sales teams nationwide to create memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• College degree from a four-year college or university with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in interior design/event planning or showroom environments is beneficial.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher).
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and maintain a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Work daily at the Merchandise Mart showroom with one work-from-home day as needed.
• Participate in regular showroom and offsite events and industry networking after hours.
• Travel limitedly out of state for events and trade shows.
• Maintain and grow relationships with designers, architects, builders, developers and other specifiers.
• Provide product expertise and customer support; deliver presentations on brands and services.
• Communicate feedback and opportunities for improvement; build awareness for Delta Faucet brands.
