Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales.
• Plumbing showroom sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).
• Outstanding customer service and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction to meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer.
• Articulate showroom value proposition to engage and upsell customers.
• Direct customers to best products and guide sales to close the sale.
• Use Hajoca technology to review product specs, pricing, and availability.
• Enter sales orders and bids and stay engaged from start to finish.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and current stock display.
• Join industry events to stay informed on trends and products.
