Job summary

Casainc is seeking a Showroom Consultant in Houston to guide visitors with product recommendations and styling solutions, paired with basic design support. You will help fulfill kitchen, bath, and renovation needs while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, offering design advice, quoting orders, and maintaining an organized showroom. A base pay of $18–$24/hr DOE plus commission/bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior sales experience preferred, especially in kitchen & bath, lighting, flooring, or cabinetry.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Understanding of interior design basics and aesthetics.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced showroom environment; physical stamina for handling moderately heavy items.
• Flexible schedule including weekends for customer appointments.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, learn motivations, and recommend products and design ideas.
• Advise customers using product expertise and basic design principles; present mock-ups.
• Respond to inquiries about pricing, inventory, and delivery; prepare quotations.
• Keep showroom organized, stock replenished, and displays appealing.
• Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and design sensibility.
