Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative to create a welcoming in-store experience. You will greet customers, guide them through fixtures, lighting and appliances, and support the sales team with quotes, orders and deliveries.

This fast-paced, customer-focused role blends in-person service with sales support and organization, offering opportunities to directly impact customer experience and sales success. Some evenings and Saturdays apply.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred.
• Results oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment.
• Excellent communication for phone/in-person sales, time management and organizational skills.
• Ambition to succeed and self-motivated.
• General digital literacy.

• Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.

Introduction

Ferguson is currently looking for the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Customer Service Representative. If you have a love of meeting people and providing phenomenal customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!

Role Overview

In this Showroom Customer Service Representative role, your day is centered around creating a great experience for customers visiting the showroom. You’ll greet customers, help guide them through product options like fixtures, lighting, and appliances, and support them in making informed decisions. Throughout the day, you’ll also work closely with the sales team—handling administrative tasks like processing orders, preparing quotes, updating customer information, and coordinating deliveries with the warehouse. You may also answer calls and assist with general inquiries. It’s a fast-paced, customer-focused role that blends in-person service, sales support, and organization, with the opportunity to directly impact the customer experience and overall sales success.

Hours

Tuesday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a rotating Monday every 4-5 weeks
