Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team in the Lowell area. You will greet guests, manage appointments, and support sales through excellent customer service and organized processes in our showroom.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with one Saturday per month; pay starts at $20/hour and may increase with experience. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required, along with strong communication and presentation skills.

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to balance multiple demands.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arriving in showroom, learn motivation for visit and develop customer relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Communicate appointment policy effectively.
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders.
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address thank-you cards to customers for full house selections.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team! Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm p;us 1 Saturday(8am-12pm) once a month Pay: starting at $20 an hour and can be more based on experience

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
• Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.

Pay Range

• Pay Range:
• $15.00
• $18.08
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
• The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
