Homewood & Meeks, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is hiring a Counter Sales Representative to assist customers and contractors with the sales process, take orders over the counter, and handle payments in a retail setting.

You will greet customers, provide product recommendations, process transactions, and create accurate invoices and sales records. The role includes maintaining showroom appearance and supporting yard and warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building materials and construction industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with over-the-counter sales and product locations.
• Process transactions at the cash register or point-of-sale system and handle payments.
• Create invoices, work orders, and tickets; update pricing and data in the system.
• Assist with showroom upkeep, stock levels, and product displays.
• Support yard and warehouse operations, safely operate equipment after training.
• Attend trainings and location-specific tasks as needed.
