Job summary

City Limits Subaru in Buda, TX is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet customers and vendors, answer phones, and provide administrative support on the showroom floor.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and assisting customers with questions.
• Welcoming incoming customers and directing them to the appropriate place.
• Ensuring appropriate employee or a member of staff has made contact with customer in a timely manner.
• Assisting customer and sales consultants with license plates.
• Ensuring the showroom and coffee bar are clean and well stocked.
• Occasional administrative tasks for New Car Managers, including filing and making copies.
