Job summary

STARK is seeking a self-sufficient Account Manager to run the STARK broadloom offering inside the ABC Boca Raton showroom. This is a hands-on role, blending sales, project management, product expertise, suited to someone who can take a project from initial inquiry through delivery with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate brings deep broadloom product knowledge, sharp project judgment, a polished, client-first presence within the ABC showroom.

Qualifications

• Broadloom experience strongly preferred.
• Strong product knowledge within flooring, carpet, interiors.
• Demonstrated ability to calculate yardage, interpret floor plans.
• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple project details end to end.
• Strong organization, follow-through, communication, problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Showroom Management & Product Expertise: Manage the STARK section within the ABC Boca Raton showroom; advise on broadloom product, specifications, applications.
• Project Scope & Quoting: Review floor plans; calculate yardage, layouts, product requirements; prepare pricing, quotes in STARK systems.
• Order Processing & Fulfillment: Process, manage orders from Calhoun through delivery to the customer; coordinate samples, sample orders, drops, maintenance, project follow-up.
• Partnership & Administration: Partner with ABC sales associates on customer projects; provide broadloom expertise; maintain organized project records; ensure timely communication across stakeholders.
