Job summary

Path Home Team is seeking a Showing Assistant in Denver, CO. You will work with a lead real estate agent to guide clients to homes, write and negotiate offers, and participate in ongoing training and coaching.

Expect a collaborative team environment with coaching, model systems, and opportunities for revenue share and health benefits. Ideal candidates are people oriented, with a real estate license, and a strong drive to grow in real estate leadership.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
