Qualifications

• Must be energized by helping clients and building relationships.
• Demonstrated desire for growth in real estate leadership.
• Licensed real estate professional with at least a high school education.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
• Work with salesperson to guide clients to homes.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.

Compensation

$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
