Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer in Columbus, OH. You will load materials by 6:30 AM, travel to customer homes, perform bath/shower replacements, update plumbing as needed, and leave the home clean. Valid license and basic tools required; great benefits and growth opportunities available.

The role emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and delivering a 5-star customer experience throughout the installation process.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device for logins and 2FA

Responsibilities

• Arrive by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan and surrounds
• Update plumbing if needed and ensure proper finishes
• Clean up thoroughly and return paperwork to the warehouse
