Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer in Kansas City, MO, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM. You will load materials, travel to customers, demo existing units, install new tub or pan with wall surrounds, and follow SOPs to ensure a top‑tier customer experience.

Ideal candidates have basic carpentry/remodeling/plumbing experience or a strong willingness to learn, plus a valid driver’s license and access to a smartphone for company systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or plumbing or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smart device for logging into company systems (two-factor authentication).

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
