Job summary

West Shore Home in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer to perform safe, high-quality bathroom remodel installations. You will load materials at the warehouse, travel to customer homes, remove old fixtures, install new tubs or surrounds, update plumbing if needed, and leave the job site clean and orderly.

Ideal candidates have experience with carpentry, remodeling or plumbing, basic hand and power tool knowledge, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone for company systems.

Qualifications

Experience in carpentry, remodeling or plumbing is preferred, or a hunger to learn.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is needed.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
Must have a smartphone to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
Travel to customer homes, greet the customer, and establish rapport.
Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
Clean up thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
