Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on completed homes.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors for function and presentation quality.
• Identify deficiencies and document corrective actions.
• Maintain show-ready homes and assist with staging as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service Operations and trade partners.
