You will work with hand and power tools and support warehouse operations, ensuring inventory returns to stock. Weekend work is required; pay is $18 per hour with weekly pay, paid training, and benefits.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA compliance, and collaboration with warehouse teams to minimize damaged inventory and control repair costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years furniture repair/restoration experience preferred.
• Forklift operator certification preferred; on-the-job certification provided

Responsibilities

• Furniture Repair & Restoration: Inspect, assess, and repair damaged furniture and event equipment to show quality.
• Surface Preparation & Refinishing: Prepare surfaces and apply finishes to meet standards.
• Inventory Tracking & Management: Record and track repairable items and return repaired items to stock.
• Quality Control: Evaluate items and determine repair vs. replacement.
• Equipment & Supplies Management: Maintain repair equipment and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Safety & Compliance: Operate safely per OSHA and PPE requirements.
• Training & Collaboration: Share repair knowledge with warehouse team and assist in training.
• General Warehouse Support: Move, load, and unload items and support event logistics.
• Organization & Cleanliness: Keep repair area clean and organized.
• Other Duties as Assigned
