Five Star Bath Solutions Of Memphis is seeking a Show & Event Manager to lead our event strategy across home shows, expos, and retail events. You will own setup, execution, and performance of every show, coaching a team of promoters and optimizing lead generation.

The role offers growth within a nationally backed brand, hands-on training, and the opportunity to drive appointment bookings while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in events, retail, or promotional management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High-energy, people-first mindset.
• Experience with home improvement or in-home services is a plus.
• Availability for weekend and evening events (travel required).

Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics: setup, teardown, scheduling, staffing, and inventory.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of energetic event promoters.
• Maximize appointment bookings through hands-on leadership and live coaching.
• Track performance and optimize event outcomes; maintain a sharp brand presence at every show.
