Job summary

Creative Technology Group is seeking a Shop Technician to pull and stage equipment from the warehouse for outbound shows. The role involves packing, labeling, shipping prep, and coordinating with operations to resolve shortages.

You will handle equipment movement, loading/unloading trucks, and maintain inventory records in a fast-paced 70,000 square foot warehouse. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or shop environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work in a team.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and returning show equipment.
• Package and label items for transportation or show requirements.
• Work with operations to substitutions on shortages.
• Receive sub-rented items to fulfill orders.
• Create Shipping manifest or carnet prior to shipping.
• Push equipment to docking stations for outbound delivery.
• Load/unload trucks and restock delivered equipment.
• Document service in inventory system and report damaged items.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and enter repairs.
